Campagnolo ROMA is hosting  an evening celebrating the whole animal as well as the exceptional harvest bounty of British Columbia.

Quinto Quarto is held at ROMA only a few times per year in recognition of the important roman tradition of nose-to-tail cooking. This particular dinner will honor the unique cuts of meat known to Italian butchers at the fifth quarter(quinto quarto) alongside seasonal produce, paired with unique beer offerings from Brassneck Brewing.
