Hopcott Farms presents its 3rd Longtable Dinner :: June 9, 2018
A farm to table experience enjoyed on our family farm featuring locally raised natural meats and ingredients prepared by Chef Jeff Massey. Available will be a selection of local beer from Foamers’ Folly, local cider from Fraser Valley Cider Company & wines from Singletree Winery. All while surrounded by our corn & berry fields and mountain backdrop with live music by local artist Ryan McAllister. Partial proceeds going to Alisa’s Wish Child Advocacy Center for Pitt Meadows/Maple Ridge.

Unfortunately, there are no special dietary requests available.
Our full party didn’t puchase their tickets together. Can we still together?
This is a reserved seating event. If tickets were not purchased ahead of time, we can not guarantee we can have your party sit together.
What will there be to drink?
There will be a non-alcoholic punch when you arrive and water throughout the night. Beer and Cider will be available for puchase during the charcuterie reception. A red and white wine will be offered on the tables. Additional bottles are available for puchase ahead of time or on the night of.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is summer semi formal. This is an outdoor event on grass so please dress accordingly including proper footwear. We recommend bringing a coat or sweater for later in the evening. Or, bring a blanket to keep you cozy.
Are there minimum age requirements for the dinner?
This event is for 16 and older but please keep in mind that no one under the age of 19 will be given any alcohol but ticket price will be the same. Please have picture ID for proof of age.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample parking here in our lot. You are welcome to leave you vehicle over night if you would like us to arrange a taxi for you.

What’s the refund policy? Are my tickets transferrable?
All ticket sales are final but are transferrable for no extra charge. Please contact Jenn Hopcott if you need to do this.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring a printed ticket. Please have picture ID for ticket and alcohol.
