Valentine will teach you to create frozen desserts, without an ice-cream maker. You do need: A blender (standing blender, food processor or immersion blender) and a mixer (stand mixer such as Kitchen-Aid or hand mixer, or really strong arms…)

-Lemon & Raspberry Semifreddo
-Strawberry Frozen Yogurt
-Vanilla Ice Cream Base (and variety of flavor options)
