Third – Albacore Tuna – Ponzu – Charred Scallion Relish – Kholrabi

Fourth – Roasted Baby Carrots – Labneh – Rye Crumb

Fifth – Mussels – Sweet Corn Broth – Sea Asparagus – Basil oil

Sixth – Lamb Belly – Lobster Tail – Squash Purée – Market Veg

Dessert – Beets – Berries – Chocolate
