DESCRIPTION:This highly anticipated collaboration dinner takes place on January 29th at 6 pm as part of Destination Vancouver’s World Chef Exchange program during Dine Out Vancouver.  \n\n\n\nThis event features renowned chefs Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson of Published on Main\, Andy Doubrava formerly of Michelin-starred Rustic Canyon in Santa Monica\, and Tiffani Ortiz formerly of Olivetta in West Hollywood.  \n\n\n\nThis unique experience will offer guests a multi-course\, multi-sensory tasting journey that explores our relationship with local farmers\, producers\, and the seasonality of food.
