Bittered Sling joins forces with Beam Suntory’s portfolio of premium spirits for the 5th annual Christ-Makkah celebration. For one night only\, and two seatings\, Bittered Sling’s Chef Jonathan Chovancek combined his talents with Ask for Luigi’s Chef J.C. Poirier for a playful and delicious feast\, paired with brilliant cocktails from Vancouver’s award-winning bartenders\, Grant Sceney (Fairmont Pacific Rim)\, Katie Ingram (L’Abattoir)\, Sabrine Dhaliwal (UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar)\, David Wolowidnyk (Drinkfixer Hospitality Consulting) and hosted by Bittered Sling’s Lauren Mote.
