We may relax the age requirement if both a parent and a child under 16 wish to attend the class as a pair. Please contact us for details. This class is nut free and vegan friendly. \nMilk and white chocolate tempering will be discussed. We will provide you with loaner molds\, and enough dark chocolate to cast a set of three bars and roll nine salted caramel truffles\, as well as filling for your truffles.  Please bring your own reusable containers for your chocolates.  \nPLEASE NOTE THAT WE REQUIRE THAT ALL STUDENTS WEAR A MASK DURING OUR CLASS AS STUDENTS ARE IN AN ENCLOSED SPACE FOR UP TO THREE HOURS.
