We will help you prepare and paint a mold\, make a truffle ganache\, cap your chocolates\, and discuss shelf life\, problems with molding and capping\, and different design techniques.  This class is nut free (please note that other companies in our facility do cook with nuts) and vegan friendly. \nCost of class includes: \n –  one kilo of Cacao Barry couverture in  dark\, milk or white for shelling\,  \n –  use of our cocoa butter colours to decorate your mold \n – ingredients to make a small batch of truffle ganache to fill your truffles \nYou must use your own truffle mold. If you have more than one mold\, feel free to bring them with you. You may also purchase molds from us before the class.  Other tools will be provided.
