This class is a very casual intimate class and we will go over fun breakfast and brunch basics\, but make everything with a healthier spin!  \nMenu:  \n* Eggs Benedict – homemade poached eggs  & English Muffins (this requires some technique!) – vegetarian option available upon request \n                                               – Canadian Baconn (or Vegan option if you let us know before) \n                                               – home made Gluten-Free English muffins! (PLAY WITH DOUGH!) \n                                               – homemade  Hollandaise Sauce (vegan option if you let us know ) \n* Mixed greens with homemade  apple cider vinaigrette  \nYUM!  \nWhat is included: All the ingredients plus water and tea will be served.  \nT﻿his event is GLUTEN-FREE\, we will be making the regular version (gluten) in the Fall\, at Dalina in Chinatown.

Join us for this fun day with Chef Helena! \n \nLearning how to slice and dice knife work\n \nMinestrone soup with petite pasta\n \nCreamy and dreamy risotto\, learn how to dice an onion (vegetarian)\n \nCaramelized summer fruit\, a dessert lovers paradise \n \n \n \nThose menus contain NO NUTS . We will be using allergen such as: milk\, gluten\, eggs and other ingredients that may be considered an allergen\, and CAN NOT be substituted.
