DESCRIPTION:Strategies to Support Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion within the Hospitality Industry for Racialized Groups\n\n\n\nThis keynote session will focus on the hospitality industry and the challenges racialized groups encounter\, including higher representation in hourly roles and lower representation in leadership roles.  \nAttendees will learn about systemic barriers in the hospitality industry\, strategies for creating change\, and why change is important for not only businesses\, but for its people and the communities it operates in. There will also be an opportunity to engage in dialogue about the subject and share experiences. \nThis session is open to all peoples within the hospitality industry.
