DESCRIPTION:The secret behind a good samosa lies in mastering the dough with the right consistency and complementing it with a perfectly balanced spiced potato and peas filling. A Samosa meal is incomplete without a tangy chickpea curry topped with mint flavoured yogurt and sweet and sour tamarind chutney. As a participant you will get an opportunity to mould your own samosas with step by step instructions as we go along moulding them together.
