Richmond’s very own food truck festival this summer. Rolling into town on June 11, July 30 and August 27,  the Eat Rich Food Truck Festival will bring with it a smorgasbord of delicious eats. Running over a number of non-consecutive days throughout the summer Eat Rich will host 10 plus food trucks. Not only will attendees to this outdoor food fiesta be able to enjoy an array of street food fare, but also live entertainment, and activities, which are mostly aimed at kids.
