If you are short of ideas to cook an easy, delicious vegetarian dinner, this class is for you! Moroccan cuisine is not short of flavor, we will show a few easy dishes that you would want to make over and over!
Roasted Garlic Hummus
Vegetarian Tagine: slow cooked veggies in delicious blend of spices
Almond Briouats: Sweet little nutty pastries, to enjoy anytime!
How to make your own Ras-El-Hanout spice blend.
You will get to wrap your own pastries, and take them home! Other dishes will be sampled during the class. Recipes will be provided during the class, to take home as well.
Class is $50/person.
