The Flavour of Spring

A Farm to Table dining experience at Aphrodite’s Organic Cafe featuring seasonal produce from local organic farms such as Glen Valley Organic Farms, Sole Food Street Farms and UBC Farm.
We are looking to support our local organic farms, show off the amazing food being produced where we live and do our best as chefs to enhance and elevate the food we are working with.
Dinner includes four courses with complimentary wine pairings and dessert. Served at 6:00 pm.
Changes or modification on the menu are politely declined

First Course – Gem Lettuce – Yuzu Vin – Dashi Mayo – Puffed Grains
Second Course – Asparagus- Bearnaise – Everything Crumb
Third Course – Pan Seared Trout – Seasonal Veg – Red Cabbage Puree – Herb Beurre Blanc
Fourth Course – Braised Short Rib – Market Veg – Ricotta Tortellini – Red Wine Jus
Desert – Buckwheat Vanilla Pastry Cream – Almond Milk Sorbet – Buttermilk Almond Crumb
