Freezer Meal Bootcamp – 40 servings in 2 hours! The No-More Cooking Class

Fast, Efficient and Fun! 


This class is about getting it done. Participants will make 10 freezer meal main dishes for 4 people in just 2 hours. No menu planning, no grocery shopping, no dishes!


The menus will be based on clean eating principles and will be gluten and dairy fre and paleo -friendly. Ingredients are included and S.O.L.E.-ful — Sustainable, Organic, Local, and Ethical. Each participant will get a set of spice blends to use and keep, with copies of the recipes to start their very own collection of meal prep tools. 


Participants will leave with 40 servings in total for less than $7 per serving. Just heat and serve with a starch of your choice. This class isn’t just for families, single people will score big with enough dinner and lunch left overs for a month! Freezer meals make a great gift for expecting mothers, students, and people on the mend too.

FAQs




Are there any prerequisites?


The only requirement is a crock pot, dutch oven, or Instant Pot at home to cook your freezer meals. 


What should I bring to the event?


Please bring a cooler with frozen freezer packs or ice to safely keep your meals cold and to transport your meals home. A can opener, peeler and an apron would also be helpful if you have them.

What’s the refund policy?


Refunds close 7 days before the class as orders must be placed for products and groceries.
