Introductory cooking workshop – Winter squash risotto & Apple cake

Come and learn how simple vegan, zerowaste cooking can be! Watch and learn basic techniques to make seasonal fruit and vegetables delicious.
As winter comes toward an end, it is the perfect time to savour hearty comfort foods. In this class, you will learn two dishes with take-home recipes:

Price: $50 per person. At the end of each lesson we will sit down together and enjoy what we have learned and prepared.
Registration and cancellation policy: Listed price does not include tax. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance cannot be refunded as ingredients will already have been bought. Lessons require a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 participants. If fewer than 3 participants have signed up for a workshop 50 hours before the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled and your registration fee refunded.
