Our Bitter Truths series delves into artisanal alcohol infusions, where we craft bitters from ethically sourced plants native to Stanley Park. Learn about the rich tradition of bitters as medicines and more recently as flavouring agents, opening a vast possibility of layers to drinks. As our plants begin to stir in the beginnings of spring, stir their flavours into your cocktails, too.

Try a cocktail with pre-prepared bitters at this session, then take home your own creations as well as bottled liquors we’ll have on sale. The amazing specialists at Tailored Spirits, a local distillery with a heart for the West Coast, will be leading us in their tried and tested techniques.
