Farm to Table Dinner on Duck Creek Farm

Join us this Summer for an evening of great food and natural beauty. Our Farm to Table dinner series feature gourmet catering that highlight our homegrown organic produce and other locally produced meat and goods. The pastoral setting of our farm makes it one of the best venues on Salt Spring to experience the local food movement. Come early to enjoy our cash bar and a wander around the fields where your meal has been grown!
Chef Danya Smith of Lulu’s Apron (https://www.lulusapron.com/) focuses on providing exquisite details on her handcrafted cuisine. You can taste the love and care in each bite of these four course meals!

Mushroom Arancini
Organic green salad with farm fresh vegetables
Miso glazed wild sockeye Salmon
Beet Salad with Chevre
Roasted Fennel
Isreali Couscous with Duck Creek veggies
Dessert: Blueberry surprise!
Vegetarian/vegan options available. Gluten free and other dietary restrictions can also be accommodated. Please let us know ahead of time so we can assure you can get the most out of your dining experience! Full menu for the August dinners will be available closer to the date.
