Mozzarella, burrata and bocconcini, butter, Boursin, Neufchatel, sour cream and cream cheese. Cultures to make your own at home are included. Students must register in advance. All supplies included. No experience necessary. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit to make more at home!
