This tour of some of Yaletown’s best cocktail venues begins at Bartholomew with a bespoke Shinobu cocktail and a snack pairing. You will then saunter just a few steps to the 1912 heritage brick building that houses Brix & Mortar for more expertly crafted cocktails and tantalizing bites of modern Canadian cuisine. The evening will be finish with a final cocktail at The Stock Room, the secret cocktail bar tucked behind Hundy Burger.
