Authentic Japanese Cooking Workshop at UBC Farm

$40 – $48Local Japanese food expert Kimiko Suzuki is teaching how to make an authentic home cooked Japanese meal in this hands-on class. Learn about traditional “ichiju, sansai” meals, get introduced to all the ingredients you need for real Japanese home cooking, and prepare a delicious meal of three authentic dishes accompanied by steamed rice.
This cooking class will include:
- Miso soup with tofu and seasonal vegetables
- Spinach Gomaae
- Chicken Soboro rice bowl
