The event will take place on Thursday, April 20th, and will feature carefully selected wines from Calalta, presented by the charming husband-and-wife team, Giulia and Nicola. Chef Marc Marayag has crafted a special pairing menu to complement these delightful wines.

Calalta is a relatively new project, having been officially handed over to Nicola and Giulia in 2017. The winery is situated on the foothills of Monte Grappa in Veneto, Italy, and is surrounded by olive trees, meadows, woods, and a pond, creating a diverse range of wildlife that supports their artisanal winery.

Giulia and Nicola work together with patience and respect for their wines, caring for them from vineyard to cellar while preserving the most authentic expression of their unique region. Rather than relying on pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, they cultivate various grass species and legumes that attract bees for pollination and ladybugs that protect against harmful insects.
