Roberta’s Authentic Italian Galani Making Class is back by popular demand, featured in our Lunedì Cucina con Noi!

Every Monday, we’re excited to bring you a new authentic Italian cooking class, and Roberta is ready to teach you the secrets of making Galani (Crostoli), a traditional Venetian Carnival treat.

Born and raised in Venice, Italy, Roberta has spent years mastering the art of crafting authentic, homestyle Italian pastries. Let her Italian heritage and exceptional culinary skills elevate your culinary abilities. After this class, you’ll never want to buy store-bought sweets again—this simple, handmade recipe will wow your friends and family!

In this three-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare homemade dough, shape your Galani, and cook up a batch of these delicious pastries to enjoy at the end of class. We’ll also give you extra Galani to take home, and you will learn how to recreate this Carnival treat in your own kitchen.

Please bring a container (at least 8×8 inches) with you.
