Knife Skills, Food Handling, Dumpling Making, Wonton Soup, Gyoza with Veggies

Day Two

Breakfast, Egg cookery, Baked Brioche French Toast, Souffle Pancakes Potato Rosti

Mexican Fiesta, Hand Made Tortillas, fresh Salsa, Grilled Chicken , Rice andBeans, Churros with Chocolate
