On Thursday, May 25, Dachi welcomes Marie and Elena from Bodegas Albamar to a special winemakers event in collaboration with Top Drop Vancouver.

Bodegas Albamamar, based in Cambados at the mouth of the river Umia in the heart of the Rías Baixas region, produces thoughtful and Atlantic-influenced wines known for their bright coastal acidity and freshness. The team holds a particular fondness for their wines. During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of Albamar wines while learning about the region, its history, and the winery’s philosophy.

Chef Ben and the Dachi team have meticulously crafted a 5-course tasting menu that focuses on the freshest coastal flavors, perfectly complementing each wine.

The dinner will commence at 6 pm, and each ticket includes both the tasting menu and wine pairings featuring Albamar wines.
