Eclairs and Cream Puff – Choux Pastry Basics by Tartine and Maple

- Choux a la crème (cream puff): the classic cream puff, filled with cream
- Profiteroles: the choux is filled with vanilla whipped cream and covered with warm chocolate sauce
- Chouquettes: cute and simple little puff simply covered with crunchy sugar bits, a childhood fav!
- Eclairs: the long version of the choux, filled with cream
You will get to pipe your own pastries, fill and decorate them before taking them home! Recipes will be provided during the class, to take home as well.
