El Santo Celebrates Cinco de Mayo Pairing up with Vancouver Island Brewing

El Santo is pairing up with Vancouver Island Brewing and will have the Mexican Cerveza on tap May 5 for Cinco De Mayo celebrations. The Juan De Fuca Cerveza, named after the famous Spanish explorer and his eponymous Strait off the coast of the South Island, is unlike its import competitors in that its complexity is derived from premium grain, malt and hop varieties.
“We are very happy to have Vancouver Island Brewing featured on tap for the Cinco De Mayo celebrations”, says owner Alejandro Diaz “The beer is the perfect pairing for our food and will make a great addition to our specials for the day.”
