Chef de Cuisine Garett Blundell welcomes winemakers David and Cynthia Enns for a collaborative evening featuring French-inspired cuisine, and one of British Columbia’s top vineyards. Visiting from the Okanagan’s Laughing Stock Vineyards, David and Cynthia will join guests for dinner at Tableau Bar Bistro to share winemaking anecdotes, answer questions, and pour wine pairings with each course.
