October 18, 2017 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm PDT
Register one week early and save $10! Regular price $69 per person.
Introducing a cooking class series that will take you on a culinary tour of France! Every class brings you to a different region of France. While learning about culinary and cultural facts, you will be demonstrated a main dish typically crafted in that region. You will then sit in the restaurant room and enjoy a full menu, with appetizer, main (demonstrated) and dessert, all inspired from the same region.
Today, we will take you to Champagne and demonstrate: “Potée Champenoise“. It is a complete, simple, rural stew, ideal for family reunions or large gatherings. Rich and highly flavorful pot of meat and vegetables, you will be sure to enjoy during colder days.
The complete dinner line-up:
Appetizer: “Paté Campagnard”. A rich meat paté, delicious served with bread and pickles.
Main: “Potée Champenoise”
Desserts: “Galette Ardennaise”. Brioche pie with a sweet sugar top.
You will be served a glass of wine during the class, paired for the food, and a welcome snack (additional wine available for purchase). Take home printed recipes.
Hope to see you there!
