Fruit Preserves WITHOUT Sugar, make PIES from scratch & 3 veggie pickles

True NOSH is all about not adding any processed sugar, syrups or sweeteners. We’re creating new recipes with readily available produce and making our own original recipes with well known ones!
You each get to bring home 2 jars of fruit preserves and 3 jars of veggie pickles (That’s 5 jars of yumminess!)
We’ll make pie from scratch with both jams and make an sandwiches with them, served with tea 🙂 YUM
This class can be Vegan friendly also, but please let us know before hand so we can prepare for your arrival 🙂
Menu:
Preserves
1) Blueberry compote with ginger
2) Cranberry compote with figs
Pickles
1) Carrots
2) Radishes
3) Cucumbers
Together we’ll make a homemade pie and sandwiches to enjoy with some tea!
You don’t need to bring anything except for maybe a container for any leftovers.
