One of the most beautiful springtime traditions in Japan is the viewing of cherry blossoms referred to as “hanami.” Family and friends come together to enjoy the trees abloom in pretty pink flowers while sharing food and drinks. As Cocktail Week coincides with the emergence of the year’s first cherry blossoms, Minami will offer a four-course dinner inspired by the hanami tradition, paired with cocktails made using Giffard Liqueurs from France.
