Just added due to demand! Peter’s Pasta classes sell out months in advance. Currently his Pasta classes are sold-out through August so this was added to meet demand.

You can take other Italian cooking classes Vancouver or you can have an Italian Experience.

Local cook, pasta aficionado, actor and personality Peter Ciuffa (of Pasta Boy Peter) hosts his Italian Cooking Class experiences.

This class is truly hands on and includes all of the ingredients, tastes of Peter’s dishes, your Roman Fettuccine to take home plus an amazing set of skills. You’ll also learn the classic Pomodoro sauce of his Mother’s home town in Lazio. We don’t do huge public classes because our goal is to immerse you in a traditional process.

Most importantly you’ll all laugh at some stories, connect with others, and leave with a priceless Memory. That’s the Italian way, and as Peter say’s don’t forget to #EatwiththoseyouLove TM.

The event will be held at Choices Markets Kitsilano, in their beautiful Kitchen Annex. Saturday, August 10th from 11 am to 2pm

Parking is not available in the Choices Parking lot. There is ample free parking on the streets surrounding the store.
