Sit back, sip your wine and enjoy this demonstration style, 3 course cooking class while Chef Jeff Massey does all the work.  Come hungry because you get to eat his creations along the way.

Dinner will be served along with 2 – 6oz glasses of white or red wine.

– Classic chicken saltimbuca with pasta aglio e olio

– Slow cooked pork picnic with moroccan spices, dried fruits and cous cous salad

– Seasoned meatballs with a balsamic reduction served over goat cheese & arugula

Chef Jeff Massey, owner & head of chef of Restaurant 62, founded in 2004, the longest standing fine dining restaurant in the history of the Fraser Valley. Built on the simple notions that good food is hard work, and that the ingredients should change with the seasonal availability of the local producers, Chefs Matthew Nichols and Jeff Massey are continually crafting memorable plates where the food truly speaks for itself. With a wine list to match that showcases all of the world’s best winemaking regions along with an extensive representation of British Columbia’s highlight wineries. Restaurant 62 has won a Wine Spectator’s Award for Excellence every year for the last 12 years. 

Hopcott’s has also had the pleasure of having Chef Massey as the chef behind our long table dinner for 2017, and are happy to have him again for our 2 upcoming long table dinners for 2018.

Tickets sold thru Eventbrite will be charged a processing fee of $4.02
Tickets may also be purchased over the phone or in store with no processing fee

Tickets should be purchased with those sitting with you in your party.  If purchased seperately, please contact Jennifer (jenn@hopcottmeats.ca or 604.465.7799) to let us know how many in your party so we can sit you all together.

Because wine is served at this event minimum age is 19.
