What’s up my word the Veggie revolution is rolling on and for those of you enjoyed our first Vegan cooking class,

Chef John is moving things on to the next level. Were globetrotting and hand picking real food with amazing flavour that doesn’t depend on meat substitutes and stands tall and proud in this plant forward celebration.

A multi course Vancouver style menu using local ingredients and a hearty appetite is certainly required.

Bhel Puri rice crisps with chickpeas, potatoes and noodles with tamarind chutney

Spiced vegetable fritters with mushrooms and cilantro

Pumpkin and Paneer spring rolls with mango chutney

Balti spiced vegetable karahi with ginger and chilli

Rice and Roti to accompany.
