An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Monday, repeating until April 27, 2017
Explore the culinary diversity of Italy with this session of three hands-on cooking classes focused on North, Centre and South of Italy. Chef Enrico will drive you through all the secrets of regional food teaching you how to make a 3 courses meal each workshop; the menu for the First workshop is Hand-made gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce, Polenta with Mushroom and sausages, Red wine pear dessert. We will eat what we cooked, altogether. Don’t forget to bring an apron and feel free to bring a bottle of wine if you want to have a glass of wine while you are cooking.
