Italian Cooking Class: Hands on Ravioli – Vancouver

Just added due to demand! Pasta Boy Peter’s Pasta classes sell out months in advance.
Local cook, pasta aficionado, and actor Peter Ciuffa (of Pasta Boy Peter Inc) hosts his public classes at Kitsilano Community Center.
Peter was part of the team at Top Canadian restaurant Savio Volpe, has been featured in the Globe and Mail as an Italian Food Expert, and regularly cooks live on CTV & Global. When he’s not cooking he Guest Stars on numerous locally shot Films and TV shows.
In this hands on cooking class guests will be supplied with pasta and taught to roll & shape Ravioli. A ricotta & greens filling will be demonstrated & each student will stuff & cut their sheets. Peter will then teach a sauce, you’ll get to sample his dish, & go home with a minimum of 8 to10 Ravioli that you just made.
Most importantly you’ll all laugh at some stories, connect with others, and leave with a priceless Memory. That’s the Italian way, and as Peter say’s don’t forget to always #EatwiththoseyouLove TM.
