1st Course: Amuse Bouche:
Trio of – Chorizo stuffed, Bacon wrapped Dates + Pulled Pork Croquettes with bacon jam & chicarones + Smoked Pork Meatballs with harissa over bacon cornbread
2nd Course Salad: Frisee with Bacon vinaigrette @ lardons
3rd Course Appetizer: Portobello mushroom stuffed with pork sausage, goat cheese & almonds
4th Course Entree: Sherry braised Pork cheek with soft polenta & brussel sprouts
5th Course Entree: Smoked & braised Pork Hock, mustard beer gravy, wild rice with bacon & peas
6th Course Dessert: Maple Creme Brulee with candied bacon crumble
