Japanese Canadian Heritage Cooking Class 2024 – Umai Okonomiyaki Workshop!

Dynamic kitchen duo Etsuko Dojima and Chiharu Mitsueda will teach us tasty, DIY Osaka-style Okonomiyaki, a popular savoury “all-in” pancake!

- Quick and simple batter making (not GF)
- Preparing great toppings for all tastes and dietary requirements
- Pork, seafood, cheese, tofu options plus lots of veggies and special condiments
- Cooking okonomiyaki on hot electric griddle as well as stovetop frypan
- Spring asparagus gomaae & side salad
