Japanese Canadian Heritage Cooking Class – Fun Gyoza Lab w/ Kimiko Suzuki!

Wonderful and informative cooking instructor Kimiko Suzuki shows us some simple gyoza techniques using three delish fillings and spicy dips

- Free range pork & ginger dumplings

- Easy to make spicy shrimp & scallion filling
- Learn how to fill, elegantly fold, then pan fry your own gyozas
- Creative trio of umai dipping sauces (rayu, sesame, yuzu kosho!)

Cook’s Bio: Kimiko Suzuki is a multi-talented Vancouver cooking instructor and specialty moss artist; she has taught cooking classes for UBC Farm, Nourish, and Cook Culture.
