Kombucha Class

Learn the basics of at home Kombucha Fermentation with Laura Reid of Counter-Cultures.
All participants will receive an information booklet, as well as a kombucha culture to start your ferment at home.

Counter-Cultures focusses on providing simple skill share workshops, and ongoing fermentation support.
Some reasons why we suggest learning about kombucha:
–This approachable ferment is easy to fit into a schedule. Requiring a check up about once a week, and about 3 hours a month to produce atelast four litres of bubbly brew.
–Once you have learnt about kombucha, you will have a fundamental understanding of fermentation, and will be able to approach other ferments easily (sauerkraut, sourdough, beer, etc.)
–Home fermentation can produce affordable, delicious, low sugar, low alcoholic alternatives to soft drinks & alcoholic beverages.
–It’s fun!
