Liuyishou Hotpot is celebrating its 8th birthday on August 8, 2022! Since the Chongqing-based restaurant chain opens its first location opens in Richmond in 2014, Liuyishou Richmond has welcomed 15 other sister outlets in North America.

To celebrate such a landmark moment, Liuyishou will host a Wine-Pairing Dinner Gala “Celebration 8” on August 8, 2022 at Liuyishou Richmond.

The “Celebration 8” Dinner Gala menu will feature deluxe dishes such as Japanese A5 Wagyu and Canadian Lobster, as well as the Aged Angus Beef, an exclusive dish by Liuyishou, which has made it the first restaurant to adapt steak aging technology to prepare mouth-watering hot pot beef dishes.

The menu also includes BC VQA wines to demonstrate the pinnacle of the art of wine-hot pot pairing,

Gala tickets are $88/person. Event guests will be joined by Wine experts from local wineries, celebrity foodies, and VIP members of Liuyishou.
