Long Table Dinner August 10

Chef Adrian loves his fancy new smoker. No surprise he’s eager to bring us this delicious “Smoking Hot” menu for our August dinner.
Pork shoulder, beef brisket & turkey sausage from the smoker!
Assortment of bbq sauces & mustards
Potato salad
Coleslaw
Grilled marinated vegetables
Buns, cornbread, biscuits
Individual berry shortcakes
We’ll be crafting a smoky cider to serve until its gone.
Clay Scott will be providing the entertainment as we enjoy another fabulous evening in the party tent.
Chef Adrian can accomodate vegetarians and gluten free diets upon request. Please e-mail the cidery.
