As many of you know I have been promising macaron classes at my little bake shop in Maple Ridge….and they are finally here! 

I have spent 6 years making, baking and perfecting the art of macarons & finally feel ready to share my knowledge & expertise with all you lovely people!

Students will learn how to make macarons from start to finish, including piping out their own macarons, baking, filling and finishing them as a beautiful final (edible) product!

Participants will leave with a instruction guide to take home, some newly acquired knowledge, piping bags, a piping tip & a box full of yummy macarons! 

Beverages & light snacks will be provided for both day & night time classes.
