Mangia Vancouver! This evening is part of a series of events in connection with the Italian Cultural Centre to celebrate Italian Heritage Month (June). This month, we have invited a number of chefs who are not Italian by birth or heritage to celebrate the cuisine we all love.

Our culinary destination this evening is Venice. There’s an old Venetian saying: “Eat and drink because life is a lightning flash”. Tonight, we embrace this saying, and the book that came to be because of it: Venice: Recipes Lost and Found. Each guest will receive a copy of this book to take home.
