Mark Singson, a ‘magician’ in the kitchen, who recently placed runner up on Top Chef Canada Season 6 has a genuine desire to not only push boundaries with his cooking style but the love of highlighting plant-based dishes that make fresh, local produce stand out.

Explore a 5-course meal where he takes familiar dishes, breaks them apart, and reintroduces them as something visually different with each bite hitting all of the nostalgic notes.  Not only will you get the chance to taste his dishes, but you’ll also get to meet the ‘mad scientist’, Mark Singson, and learn about where he gets his inspiration in kitchen.
