Michelin Star Chef Jonathan Tam Joins Farmer’s Apprentice Team for Guest Chef Dinner

$150Join Chef David Gunawan and team as we welcome Chef Jonathan Tam of Denmark’s Michelin star restaurant Relæ (no. 39 on the 2017 list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants) to co-host a guest chef dinner on Wednesday, July 19.
Featuring two seatings at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., tickets to the dinner are available for $150 per person, including taxes and gratuity, and offer a multi-course feast with wine pairings selected by our wine director, Kieran Fanning. Chefs Gunawan and Tam will take a collaborative approach during this unique culinary event. Rather than determining a menu ahead of time, the chefs will cook spontaneously in an effort to take advantage of the freshest and most readily available ingredients. Both chefs have each chosen three ingredients to spotlight throughout the collaborative multi-course dinner. . . . . . .
