Its time to take your seafood cookery to the next level, here in Lonsdale Quay the freshest seafood is turned into something delicious
This one of a kind cooking class explores some foundations of good seafood cookery.
We will head straight into preparing mussels, then its seared tuna,
a scallop risotto a potato salad some sauces and a dessert
This is a partially hands-on cooking class, everyone will be involved in the preparation
of their evening meal
A wonderful and fun class this partially hands on class is a must for those who want to
up their Seafood knowledge and skills
