A hands on cooking class where we reinterpret the chinese classic takeout using no flour, less oil and more flavour!
There was nothing wrong with the old takeout classics , we just decided that today’s diner expects more freshness, less oil, less flour and a modern approach.
We look at four favourites of the past and drag em to the present with tecniques and presentation
