Ottonlenghi and the Middle Eastern Vegetarian a Meat free Cooking Class

We pay homage to Chef Yotam Ottolenghi the gentleman who put the zip and zing into making amazing vegetable based cuisine.

Perfect for the good weather mediterrean and lebanese style is healthy and full of vibrant colours. We will choose recipes from four of Ottolenghis books.

Learn various techniques to improve your overall cooking ability while embracing a meat free menu. Designed to create delicious meals for everyone with lots of flavour and texture and without the meat.

Students will be involved in all parts of making the evening meal.

Sweet Potato Cakes Lemon Sour Cream Sauce, Chilli Drizzle

zuchinni and hazelnut salad with orangeflower dressing

braised squash and potato tajine with giant cous cous

coconut ice cream, walnut baklava

No seats can be held. Once booked all classes final no refunds given. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
