For last month’s Cocktail Hour, Pendulum Magazine is collaborating with award-winning bartender Kevin Brownlee to create a unique Cocktail Hour experience featuring Artisan Sake Maker, Canada’s first locally-made premium sake, to create a sake-based cocktail utilizing a Junmai Sparkling Sake.

This exquisite cocktail will only be available on November 16th for one evening only; tasting bites created by Juno Kim Catering serves to highlight the tasting notes of the feature cocktail.

Each tasting experience is 30 minutes.
